Brandi Brown joined the VFG team in June 2018. As Office Manager, Brandi is charged with ensuring that the general business operations of the company run in a smooth, efficient and professional manner. Her primary duties include customer service, greeting office visitors, processing payoff requests and insurance inquiries, maintaining office supplies and managing off-site storage.
Brandi is known for working her way up the ladder. Prior to VFG, Brandi gained significant and relative experience in the service and healthcare industries, where she demonstrated her value as a team player repeatedly. Her commendable work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills merited numerous promotions to management.
Brandi demonstrated effective leadership in her previous management roles by reinforcing the importance of protocol, quality control and working as a team. To this day, she readily embraces new technologies to help increase customer satisfaction & retention, improve efficiencies and drive additional revenues. She understands and embraces the necessity to abolish antiquated systems when there are clearly better and more cost-effective ways to meet organizational objectives.
Brandi earned her Associates Degree, with honors, in Liberal Arts and Science from Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) in 2013. While there, she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and a Dean’s List student.
Brandi is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. Her favorite leisure activities include hiking, working in her vegetable and herb garden, cooking and experimenting with new recipes; her specialties being homemade pierogies and cake decorating. Brandi enjoys her favorite activities twice as much when she gets to share them with her favorite person on the planet; Talise, her daughter.
