Pam Mitchell is a graduate of Edinboro (PA) University. Prior to coming on board with VFG in May of 1999, she worked at PNC Bank.
Pam is the epitome of a multi-skilled executive. From documentation to funding, to billing and collecting; Pam understands every aspect of VFG’s customer service operations. Pam can access any piece of data, on any customer or funding partner, generally within a moment’s notice.
Pam is a natural problem solver. She finds being able to research and provide our customers with answers and solutions to their questions and needs to be very rewarding. Pam takes pride in being both courteous and prompt when returning customer phone calls. She fully recognizes the necessity to treat customers with a high level of respect and that VFG must meet customers’ needs with a sense of urgency.
Pam enjoys being able to help our customers do well: “I like the fact that my company, VFG, gives business owners the means to accomplish their goals.” She also likes the close-knit atmosphere at VFG: “Because VFG is a small company, everyone is treated as ‘family’ instead of a name or number as is common in larger companies and organizations.”
Pam and her husband Bob have two young sons. Her favorite things to do outside of work include spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping and reading. Pam and Bob have been long-time supporters of Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
