Megan Andrews

Megan joined Vision Financial Group, Inc. in June of 2021. As the Office Manager, Megan is the first voice our customers hear when they call VFG. When not answering customer questions on the phone, and delivering outstanding customer service, she is answering emails and providing support for the rest of our team.

 

Prior to joining VFG, she held a few administrative positions while furthering her education. Most notably, working for UPS and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries, where she made notary seals and stamps. All her experiences allowed her to cultivate her skills at multi-tasking, time management, and giving excellent customer service. She learned that superior customer service goes a long way toward customer loyalty.

 

Megan values a hard day’s work and enjoys problem-solving and giving peace of mind to customers. She attributes her empathetic nature as the reason for being able to work with the public. Her favorite thing about working for VFG is the other staff, who are always helpful.

 

Megan was born in Tacoma Park, Maryland just outside of Washington D.C., but considers herself a “Yinzer”. One thing she never grows tired of – the view looking out over the Pittsburgh Skyline after you exit the Fort Pitt Tunnels. She believes the sight to be the most beautiful at night, especially after being away for a few days.

 

In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, playing with her dog, and spending time with loved ones. On any given weekend, she is either having a movie night with friends or going to a local karaoke bar and singing her heart out. She considers her family to be the most important thing in her life and cannot wait for Holidays and special occasions to come around.
