Kimberly honed her critical thinking, multi-task managing and customer delighting skills during her ten plus years in perhaps the most demanding customer service industry known to man: the hospitality industry. Her most recent assignment was with Radisson Hotels in Pittsburgh. We recruited Kimberly to join the VFG team because we recognized that her relationship skills and “can-do” work ethic perfectly mirrored our business philosophy.
VFG demands the best and we require staff that desires to quickly meet and surpass business objectives. We saw in Kimberly the right attitude and skills set to help enhance our existing relationships and attract new business. Kimberly was attracted to VFG by the prospects of personal growth and our promise to keep her work projects demanding while not letting her workload fall into the trap of too much routine.
In her own words Kimberly states: “I know I made the right decision to come on board with VFG because each day I am faced with a brand new challenge and learning opportunity. There is a strong sense of team at VFG, everyone really works together to get things accomplished and to provide the most efficient solution. VFG gives me the opportunity to do what I love most, which is to interact with people – both colleagues and customers; in order to achieve mutual objectives.”
Outside of work Kimberly enjoys spending time with her loving husband and son, cooking and dining with friends, reading anything she can get her hands on, watching all Pittsburgh sports (especially “dem Stiller’s!”), and camping.
